Welcome to The 2D3D Floor Plan Company. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.  

1. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By using our website and purchasing our digital designs (2D & 3D floor plans, 3D exterior & interior designs, and other rendering designs), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  

2. Services Provided:

  • The 2D3D Floor Plan Company provides digital design services, including but not limited to 2D and 3D floor plans, 3D exterior and interior designs, and other rendering designs.
  • We offer free revisions on the original requirements to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Payment and Delivery:

  • Payment for our services is required before the commencement of the design process.
  • Digital designs will be delivered electronically via the provided email address or through a downloadable link.
  • We are not responsible for any issues related to the client’s internet connection or software compatibility.

4. Revisions and Refunds:

  • We offer free revisions based on the original requirements provided by the client.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with the delivered files/designs, you may request a partial or full refund within 15 days of the original purchase.

5. Intellectual Property:

  • All designs created by The 2D3D Floor Plan Company are the intellectual property of our company until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for their intended purpose.  
  • The client may not resell or redistribute the designs without explicit written permission from The 2D3D Floor Plan Company.

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • The 2D3D Floor Plan Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific design services.  

7. Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
